I Of The Needle Shipping Information

Most orders shall be shipped within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. Any special orders with bunting etc. may take a little longer. 

Ireland orders are sent via An Post Mail with a delivery aim for 1-3 days and all Oversees orders are shipped via Airmail with a delivery aim for 7-14 days, however, please take NOTE that this could take longer due to Customs.

PLEASE NOTE : Customs fees or import duties might be assessed upon the arrival of an item to the destination country. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or any receiving fees incurred by their country.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an item and it's within 14 days of receipt of the item then a refund will be given (excluding shipping charges). A refund will be issued (excluding any shipping charges incurred) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in it's original condition and packaging.
